Revelation — Chapter 11

The Two Witnesses and the Seventh Trumpet

"The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ."

— Rev 11:15

Revelation 11 presents the two witnesses (Moses and Elijah revived?), their martyrdom and resurrection, and the seventh trumpet that proclaims the kingdom of Christ.

🌟 The Seventh Trumpet (11:15-19)

Rev 11:15
"Then the seventh angel blew his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, saying, 'The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he shall reign forever and ever.'
The most glorious proclamation of Revelation: the kingdom of the world has become the Lord’s and His Christ’s. The verb tense (egeneto — aorist) indicates prophetic certainty: it has already happened from the heavenly perspective, although it still unfolds in history. The sovereignty of Christ is the fundamental reality of the universe.
